The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, to settle any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the website. You waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.

We are committed to resolving disputes in good faith and will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns informally within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of any dispute.

If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction that affords you mandatory consumer protection rights that supersede these Terms, nothing herein shall be construed to limit or waive those rights.
